NEWBURY, Vt. — Vermont State Police have identified two victims injured in a shooting incident on Jefferson Hill Road on Sunday afternoon, as investigators are searching for a vehicle of interest. Detectives with VSP’s Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Major Crime Unit also released the identity of a second victim from Sunday’s incident. Amanda Belville, 41, of Cabot, was physically assaulted and subsequently treated at Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, N.H., the news release stated. The shooting occurred on Jefferson Hill Road at approximately 2:05 p.m. on Sunday, the Valley News previously reported. Police are asking anyone with information regarding the owner, driver or passengers of this vehicle to call Detective Sgt.
