The 19-year-old, of Ballard Chase, Abingdon, has denied two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration. In a witness statement previously made to police, she said: "Marley suggested we go to the toilet which I thought was weird. Prosecutor Edward Lucas previously told the jury that the other allegation, in Pablo Lounge, took place on January 29, 2023. He is then alleged to have told her 'I want to have sex with you, I need it.'. Mr Lucas told the jury that McCalmon is alleged to have raped her, after which she 'froze up'.
