Oil City, PA - Frederick A. Perry, Jr. ("Fred," "Seppie"), age 94, of Oil City, PA, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was the oldest child of Fred A. Perry and Flossie (Russell) Perry. Fred and Barbara (Lowry) Perry were married on October 17, 1964, at Grace United Methodist Church in Oil City. Fred was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Virginia Kerr Perry; his sister, Shirley "Sis" Putnam; a brother, Ken "Bunk" Perry and his wife, Mary Ann Perry, along with a nephew Michael Perry, and a niece's husband, Rich MacIsaac. Fred was a life member of the Oil City Pulaski Club, the PNA Club, the Eagles Club, and the Oil City VFW.
