Kohima, August 4 (MExN): The 36th August Gold Cup Trophy organised by Sey-Ong Club Tobu got underway on August 4 at Tobu Hq. Ex - Minister and Vice President COB NPF Nagaland, L Shiakpong Konyak graced the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest. In his address, Shiakpong thanked the Sey-Ong Club Tobu for organising the trophy and providing a platform for the youth of the area to display their skills, and to develop their career in the field of sports for the last 36 years. Earlier, K T Lehwang Konyak, Chairman, Sey-Ong Club Tobu delivered welcome address. He also thanked MLA Naiba Konyak and Chairman SDPDB Tobu, Nyamnyei Konyak for their support and timely assistance towards the Club.
