Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold has issued the following statement:Trump and his DOJ are attacking elections and democracy.
Today’s victory affirms that Trump’s DOJ has no right to Coloradans’ sensitive voter information,” said Secretary of State Jena Griswold.
Colorado is one of at least 30 states sued for their refusal to produce unredacted, sensitive statewide voter registration information.
The letter was signed by 10 Secretaries of State seeking information on DOJ and DHS’s collection and use of state voter roll data and whether the DOJ and DHS misled state officials.
