The renowned entertainment studio known for its Bollywood blockbusters is now looking beyond film musicSinger-songwriter Aman is the first artist to have a song out via Yash Raj Films’ (YRF) newly launched label Raah Records. The melancholy song “Jaadugari” comes on the back of the longstanding entertainment studio announcing the launch of Raah Records on Aug. 4, 2026, intending to function as a “music company and incubator” for artists thriving outside of the film space. Raah Records is headed by YRF CEO Akshaye Widhani and senior general manager of music management Nakul Sharma. Widhani says in a statement, “Raah Records represents an important strategic expansion of Yash Raj Films’ music business. YRF is among the latest Bollywood production houses to launch music labels.
