Apple Pay is now available in the Philippines, allowing users to make contactless and online payments through their iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac. Apple Pay can be used at participating stores equipped with contactless payment terminals. Apple Pay is also being offered on the apps and websites of foodpanda, Jollibee, Rustan’s, and Shopee. For security, Apple Pay does not store a user’s actual credit or debit card number on the device or Apple’s servers. Apple Pay is available in more than 90 countries and regions and works with over 11,000 banking partners worldwide.
