Scheduled to open in 2029, Janu Al Marjan Island will be the first Janu destination in Ras Al Khaimah, further expanding Aman Group’s presence in the UAE and marking a significant new chapter in the evolution of Al Marjan Island as one of the region’s fastest-growing leisure and lifestyle destinations. First announced in November 2025, the development sits directly adjacent to Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE’s first integrated gaming resort. Abdulla Al Abdouli, Group Chief Executive Officer of Marjan said, “Breaking ground on Janu Al Marjan Island marks an important milestone in our long-term vision for Al Marjan Island as a globally recognised waterfront destination.
