Investors called to submit expressions of interest in developing GROH homes across regional WA

The State Government has issued a call out for investors to help develop more than 200 additional homes for frontline workers across regional WA.
Subsidised GROH homes are provided to workers in the education, health, community safety and policing sectors.
Of these 500 new GROH homes, Albany was promised 26.
“We’re calling on the private sector to work with us to deliver 200 additional GROH homes as part of our record housing investment,” he said.
He said the additional homes will be developed within the next five years.
