It's been around 15 years since Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 was released (February 15, 2011 for vanilla MvC3 and November 15, 2011 for UMvC3). Considering how fans viewed Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite as a disappointment, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is generally relegated as the true last entry of the series (especially since Capcom considering MvCI as a spinoff to the MvC series). While Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 has stood the test of time, it's not a perfect game. Although Zero and Tron Bonne were both playable in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, the omission of Mega Man himself left a noticeable void in the roster for some. As expected, he plays very similarly to how he did in previous Marvel vs. Capcom entries.
