"We're not able to say it'll be exactly this much because there'll be some work that Transport [for NSW] undertakes and some work the contractor undertakes. So, at the moment, the project is to get the work done, that's the contract. There's not a specified dollar amount on it," she said when announcing the successful contractor in June.
