Palisades Parks Conservancy is a nonprofit supporting the Palisades Interstate Parks, a network of 20 parks and 9 historic sites as diverse as its users. We partner with the Palisades Interstate Park Commission (PIPC) to protect the natural and historic resources of the 130,000-acre Palisades Interstate Park system. OVERVIEWPalisades Parks Conservancy (PPC) is currently seeking a Communications & Engagement Coordinator to support public outreach, digital communications & marketing, donor communications, and general administration. The Communications & Engagement Coordinator will have ample opportunity to develop new skills by working on a variety of projects and wearing multiple hats. Program Outreach Support:Work with the Program & Development Manager to shape promotion and engagement strategy on public-facing activities in the Palisades parks;Work alongside the team to plan and manage program communications including event promotion, press engagement, and communications with attendees; andResearch potential community partnership leads and conduct outreach to forge partnerships.
