Princeton Police Launches August Traffic Safety Crackdown on Key Roads
['J. Mayhew']
Magic 98.3 FM
Princeton police will run targeted traffic enforcement on five streets in August.
Officers from the Traffic Safety Bureau and Patrol Bureau will monitor Cedar Lane, Prospect Avenue, Princeton-Kingston Road, Birch Avenue, and South Harrison Street.
South Harrison Street gets different treatment — cops will watch for speeding plus bike safety problems there.
Citations will go to motorists who break traffic laws on these roads.
Traffic enforcement campaigns like this one aim to cut down accidents and make roads safer.
