Other items awaiting approval include a combined elementary and middle school in Stedman costing $40 million, another school near Ferguson-Easley Elementary at $40 million, and a $20 million classroom addition for Gray's Creek High School.
The money will replace Cumberland Hall with a new structure and fund other campus work.
Cumberland Hall opened in 1967 and houses the funeral service education program and electrical systems technology program.
