CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Pickaway County has finished setting new property values under its 2026 triennial update, a periodic revaluation that will determine what property owners pay in taxes starting in 2027, according to the county.
Ohio law requires counties to update property values every three years between full reappraisals, and the results directly affect individual tax bills.
Residents must call the Auditor’s Office at 740-474-4765 to schedule an appointment.
Owners who still disagree with their valuation after that can file a formal complaint with the county, which is then presented to the Pickaway County Board of Revision, according to the county.
