CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The Circleville Municipal Court Probation Department honored Probation Officer Lacey Stevens this week for five years of service to the court, the department said in a Facebook post. Chief Probation Officer Jason McGowan presented the recognition alongside Intensive Supervision Probation officers Kort Wolfe and Lily Thomas, according to the department’s post.
