CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Ross County Health District will host its annual tire drive and a flu shot clinic on Oct. 10 at the Ross County Fairgrounds, the health district said. The combined event runs from 8 a.m. to noon and is open to Ross County residents only, according to the health district. Funding for the tire drive comes from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency’s Mosquito Control Grant, the health district said.
