Neither Victor Zaborsky nor Joe Price has made required payments to Robert Wone’s memorial trust under the terms of a 2011 civil settlement for years, Wone’s estate says in documents filed earlier this summer in DC Superior Court. The documents, first reported by the blog Who Murdered Robert Wone?, say the pair have for years made payments inconsistently, late, or not at all. Wone and Price had been friends since they attended the College of William & Mary in the 1990s. The estate has asked the court to order Price and Zaborsky to pay the entire remaining amount owed. And despite this recent activity in court, we still don’t know who killed Robert Wone.
