The action has drawn attention from Tibetan communities, human rights advocates, and supporters worldwide, who are using this occasion to raise awareness about the ongoing concerns surrounding human rights, cultural preservation, and the future of the Tibetan people. On 2 August 2026 marks one month since the passing of Pawo Lobga Rangzen. In remembrance, Tibetan communities and solidarity groups in different parts of the world are organising peaceful gatherings, demonstrations, and awareness activities. In Vienna, Austria, a joint peaceful protest rally is being organised by the Tibetan Community, Voluntary Tibet Advocacy Group (VTAG), Save Tibet, Students for a Free Tibet (SFT), and Friends of Tibet. Participants are expected to gather to express their solidarity and to call for greater international attention to the human rights situation in Tibet.
