Rob Cockerill has been appointed executive head chef at Bennelong.
Cockerill takes over from Peter Gilmore, who ended his 11 year tenure at the restaurant in July.
Cockerill worked with Gilmore as Head Chef at Bennelong from opening day and he says that Bennelong has never been just about the food.
