Rosheen Kaul’s French-Asian bistro Little Rose is set to open permanently in Fitzroy following a sold out three-month residency. Kaul will return to the Brunswick Street kitchen for the long term, with bookings opening on Wednesday, and doors set to reopen on Thursday 20 August. The chef describes the venue as a place “where luxury is never taken too seriously and tradition is always open to reinterpretation”.
