Oil City News
There are currently seven resort liquor licenses active within the city.
The city currently recognizes nine distinct categories of liquor licenses, including retail, bar and grill, restaurant, microbrewery and winery.
Retail licenses remain the most utilized type, with all 37 of the city’s allotted licenses currently issued.
By removing this restriction, the city effectively allows retail liquor license holders to operate drive-through windows for package sales.
While the new amendments focus on retail and resort licenses, other categories like bar and grill and restaurant licenses remain subject to specific operational requirements, Casper licensing specialist Carla Mills-Laatsch previously said.
