— The Casper City Council voted Tuesday to continue its partnership with Republic Parking, ensuring the firm will continue to manage the downtown parking garage through mid-2027.
The council’s vote extends the management term for the Municipal Parking Structure, located at 230 S. Wolcott St., until June 30, 2027.
While previous versions of the agreement included management of the municipal parking lot along South Center Street, that responsibility was transitioned back to the city in 2025.
Republic Parking’s current scope is focused solely on the Wolcott Street structure.
The Community Development Department will continue to provide oversight for the facility, Becher added.
