Political Prisoners in Thailand
The Supreme Court has scheduled the final witness hearing for May 18, 2027, in the case against the MPs who made a proposal to parliament about (perhaps) amending Article 112 of the Criminal Code.
The establishment’s National Anti-Corruption Commission, which has taken the concocted case to the royalist court “will present nine witnesses over four hearings starting on Aug. 25, while the respondents will begin presenting 60 witnesses on Nov. 3.
The court will set a date for its ruling after witness examinations conclude.”
As we know from previous cases, the hearings are often a facade.
The courts can decide not to hear some of the witnesses and make its “decision.”
