Managed intelligence becomes the next MSP evolutionTo capitalise on the opportunity, Pax8 is expanding what it calls the “managed intelligence” movement. The initiative builds on a multi-stage program that includes the company’s Agentic Workforce Economy research, a managed intelligence playbook and a newly launched managed intelligence program designed to help partners commercialise AI services. According to Rae, many MSPs are already creating dedicated AI business units inside their existing organisations. To address this, Pax8, alongside other executive members with the Global Technology Industry Association (GTIA) established a Managed Intelligence Alliance, aimed at creating best practices and guardrails for AI deployment within the SMB market. “There needs to be some level of certification, governance and understanding around what good managed intelligence actually looks like,” he added.
