The Brief Over a dozen homeowners at the Tributary at New Manchester Townhomes have filed a lawsuit alleging severe mold damage and unaddressed property maintenance.
The HOA stated it respects the residents' rights to express views and has participated in legal proceedings in good faith, declining further comment.
A lawsuit filed by homeowners at a local community alleges severe mold contamination and mismanaged funds despite monthly maintenance fees.
She pays $250 a month in homeowners association fees that are supposed to cover exterior upkeep, including roofs, siding, painting and windows.
Plaintiffs' attorney, Edward Slomka, said one named plaintiff has spent over $27,000 on exterior maintenance with zero results.
