Free agent tight end Zach Ertz said in April that he didn't want his torn ACL to be the final act of his NFL career. Doctors have cleared Ertz for all football activities, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. That should clear the way for Ertz to find a new team. Ertz, 35, tore the ACL in his right knee in a Dec. 7 game against the Vikings while playing for the Commanders. In his 13th NFL season, Ertz made 50 catches for 504 yards and four touchdowns for Washington.
