River Ridge, LA - Rosalie Tullier Aucoin, age 95, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 1, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by the love of her family. Rosalie lived a life devoted to caring for others. As the mother of eight children, she centered her life around family and took great joy in nurturing and supporting those she loved. She is survived by her loving children, Jayne Aucoin Dominique, Cynthia Aucoin Phillips, Patricia Aucoin Couvillion, Albert A. Aucoin (Debbie), Deidre Aucoin Bensimon, Michelle Aucoin Stieffel (Frank), and Douglas L. Aucoin (Angela); 24 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; her 2 sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family members and a lifetime of friendships made. Rosalie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Erby M. Aucoin Jr.; her son, Erby M. Aucoin Ill; her grandsons, Alan M. Dominique and Jason D. Ward; her sons-in-law, Michael Couvillion and Brian Phillips; her daughter-in-law, Janis Aucoin; her parents, Enos and Zelma Averett Tullier; her four brothers; and her only sister.
