Palm Coast man arrested by Sheriff after allegedly driving 125 mph on I-95Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly arrested 22-year-old Arul Nayak after he was caught speeding on I-95 on July 31. Staly says Nayak was weaving in between traffic before the Sheriff activated his lights and pulled him over.
