A St Marys man has been charged for allegedly importing items bearing Nazi symbols and allegedly making a Nazi salute in a public place.
Inquiries into the consignee details led NSI investigations to execute a search warrant in St Marys yesterday.
Investigators also found a photo of the man allegedly making a Nazi salute at a museum.
This offence carries a maximum penalty of 12 months imprisonment.
The man was granted conditional bail and is scheduled to next appear in Penrith Local Court on September 3.
