A St Marys man has been charged for allegedly importing items bearing Nazi symbols and allegedly making a Nazi salute in a public place. Inquiries into the consignee details led NSI investigations to execute a search warrant in St Marys yesterday. Investigators also found a photo of the man allegedly making a Nazi salute at a museum. This offence carries a maximum penalty of 12 months imprisonment. The man was granted conditional bail and is scheduled to next appear in Penrith Local Court on September 3.
