Brandywine Zoo has officially unveiled Hidden Falls, a year-round habitat showcasing five animal species and highlighting animals affected by habitat loss and the pet trade. The $2.5 million Hidden Falls project features a 320-square-foot outdoor space and a climate-controlled indoor building with heating, cooling, and humidity control. Hidden Falls is part of the Our Zoo Re-imagined campaign, which supports the zoo's Master Plan for revitalization. Components include new infrastructure, guest services, and a modern animal habitat. Brandywine Zoo is a 121-year-old AZA-accredited institution, the only zoo in Delaware accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
