Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Promoter. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and/or the Office Rules of the specific Contest and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded and is specified in these Official Contest Rules. The invalidity or enforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
