Axiology, a digital asset financial infrastructure platform, has appointed two new non-executive board members — David Newns and Boris Battistini. Newns brings over 25 years of experience in institutional electronic trading and regulated financial market infrastructure. His track record spans the full journey from traditional institutional markets to the frontier of tokenised finance. Battistini has also joined the board, having previously served as director at Metellus and brings private markets investment and strategic expertise to the role.
