Gaining access to another oncology pipeline product, this time a TROP2/HER3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), Pathos AI signed a $2.09 billion licensing deal with Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. As part of the deal, Alphamab, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alphamab Oncology, will receive $125 million up front, in addition to potential development and commercialization milestone payments. In return, Alphamab granted Pathos AI an exclusive license to research, develop, manufacture and commercialize the ADC, known as JSKN-016, in all territories outside of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, where Alphamab retains its rights. The deal also includes tiered royalties on annual net sales in the licensed territories, ranging from high-single digit to low-double digit percentages.
