LEBANON – The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a five-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occurred Aug. 4, at approximately 6:05 a.m., on Interstate 75 just north of mile marker 38 in Franklin, Warren County. The Yukon and Trax stopped in the left center lane, the Trax behind the Yukon. The Edge struck the Civic and then continued off the right side of the roadway. The Trax struck Munyurangabo and continued and struck the Yukon.
