In the newest guidebook of Black Clover, which was released officially on August 4, 2026, Yuki Tabata officially confirms a new Wizard King-Level character in the same league as Julius, and that character is Noelle Silva, the main heroine of Black Clover. Lemiel Silvamillion Clover was first revealed in Black Clover Chapter 1, and he is the predecessor of many of the Nobles of the Black Clover Kingdom, notably the Silva and the Vermillion families. Previously, in the Black Clover movie, titled “Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King,” Noelle was able to fight and defeat the revived 20th Wizard King, Edward Avalaché. Based on everything we have seen in Black Clover, Noelle is simply a Black Bulls member at the moment.
