(Provided Photo)Oswego Community Unit School District 308 has been selected as a partner in Learning to Lead in Mathematics, a nationally recognized professional learning program funded by a $4.3 million U.S. Department of Education grant. The program centers on three components: professional learning for administrators focused on instructional leadership; professional development for math teachers to strengthen content knowledge and leadership skills; and ongoing group coaching for school leadership teams. “Strong mathematics instruction begins with strong instructional leadership,” Deputy Superintendent Heather Kincaid said in a news release.
