Chris revealed that he is hoping to add recording studios to the music school as Happy Note continues. Happy Note Music School Is Taking Students Of All Ages And Abilities Happy Note is a new music school and studio opening up in Eastside El Paso that is dedicated to teaching students music no matter where or when they are starting.
