The Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Living Abroad has opened a reception center in Rabat under Operation Marhaba 2026, providing legal and administrative assistance to Moroccans living overseas during the annual summer travel season. As in previous years, the center will provide legal consultations, assistance and follow-up services through the foundation’s specialized staff. The foundation has also established a remote liaison with the Customs and Indirect Tax Administration to assist with customs-related inquiries. The foundation said its departments will also remain available by telephone and email throughout the operation to provide additional support to Moroccans living abroad. Operation Marhaba is Morocco’s annual initiative to assist millions of Moroccans living abroad as they travel to and from the Kingdom during the summer through a nationwide network of reception centers and support services.
