Bergen County's clerk has reached an agreement in lawsuits that attacked New Jersey's county line ballot system. "Every county clerk named in this case has now agreed to fair ballots. Senator Andy Kim took on the system when he ran in the 2024 primary for U.S. Senate. "Today's settlement is a massive win for New Jersey voters," Kim said. "It's a win that took years of work from advocates and everyday people who just wanted their democracy to work for them."
