It appears the Hardee's on South Broadway has closed for good, and now Chick-fil-A's name has surfaced in city development records for that same address. We first reported earlier this year that the location had gone dark, and discovered photos and videos from Minot residents showing the inside stripped bare - no chairs, no tables, no decor. With little to no mention from the business about whether it would become operational again, it left many Minot residents curious about what was going on with the restaurant. Chick-Fil-A Under Review For DevelopmentNow, Minot's development review minutes list Chick-Fil-A as "Under review" for development in that 2000 S. Broadway location. While nothing is finalized at this point, it seems that wheels are turning, and Chick-Fil-A could very well be opening soon in Minot.
