First Nations information technology provider Baidam and University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney have launched a joint endowed scholarship initiative for First Nations students.
Through matching contributions from both organisations, the partnership will fund two scholarships each year in perpetuity.
During an event at UNSW and aligning with National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day, the funding represents a long-term commitment from both organisations.
