Buyers from as far south as Victoria and Tasmania, along with one from the US, underpinned a satisfying result for the fourth national Wagyu bull and female sale at Roma on July 31.
Three of the six females offered were sold, to a top of $28,000, for an average price of $13,666.
That was a 100pc clearance of the six young bulls offered by the stud.
Shokunin Wagyu sold all three females offered, to average $13,666, and sold all eight bulls offered, to a top of $19,000 to average $12,125.
