Lil Uzi Vert dropped an eight-track EP called Maverick Almost Forever on July 31. The surprise release came on the rapper's 31st birthday and marks the first project in two years. In 2020, two collaborations with Future called "Over Your Head" and "Patek" came out the same day. "Due to weather issues, Lil Uzi Vert will no longer be performing," the festival organizers announced on its Instagram. Heavy rain and storms hit the Chicago area all day.
