A cop in El Paso pulled a car over and was almost killed while trying to write the driver a ticket. He's ok but 2 other El Pasoans were killed in a similar incident this weekend. The officer had just started to talk with the driver when a car rams the stopped vehicle from behind at a high rate of speed.
