One of the last shore colonials in Old Greenwich has been noticed for demolition with the Town of Greenwich building department.
The house at 60 Binney Lane, known as “Crags,” dates back to 1895.
Located in the sought after Binney Lane private community, the property is .26 acres in the R12 single family zone.
Per the demolition paperwork, the owners are Philip & Chloe Dileo, and the permit application wiled by Milos & Pratz, 49 Shore Road, Old Greenwich.
