There was a spirit of joy, reflection and thankfulness inside the National Cultural Centre on Sunday, 26th July, as Bank of Saint Lucia gathered staff, retirees, directors, shareholders and invited guests to pause and give thanks for the past 25 years. The service formed part of Bank of Saint Lucia’s silver anniversary celebrations and echoed its people first culture. Managing Director, Rolf Phillips, reflected on Bank of Saint Lucia’s evolution, expressing appreciation to the generations of employees, leaders and partners who have contributed to its success. Thank you to all employees, past and present, for navigating both opportunities and challenges with resilience and professionalism. Now serving more than 80,000 customers, and having expanded some services into other regional territories, Bank of Saint Lucia looks ahead with confidence.
