Microprocessor maker AMD reported that it earned a net income of $2.3 billion on revenues of $11.5 billion in the quarter ending June 27, 2026. “We delivered an excellent quarter, with record revenue and profitability as Data Center revenue more than doubled year-over-year,” AMD chair and CEO Dr. Lisa Su said. The company’s Data Center business unit delivered $6.7 billion in revenues in the quarter, a gain of 107 percent YOY. AMD said it expects revenues of about $13 billion in the quarter, but many analysts were expecting much better results. Regardless, Dr. Lui said she expected Data Center revenues to more than double in 2027.
