A Tuscaloosa woman was killed Monday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash in Hale County, according to Alabama State Troopers. Senior Trooper Jere K. Jensen, a spokesperson for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, said the crash occurred at approximately 12:20 p.m. Monday, about five miles south of Greensboro. Smith was not wearing a seat belt at the time, according to Jensen. Greensboro is in Hale County, approximately 45 miles south of Tuscaloosa.
