Palma Partners With StorHub to Acquire and Develop Self-Storage Across Japan

Palma Co. Ltd., a Japanese-based self-storage developer, and StorHub Group, which operates more than 180 self-storage facilities in seven Asia-Pacific markets, have partnered to acquire and develop facilities across Japan.
Palma will purchase development sites, build new facilities and source existing properties for potential purchase by StorHub.
“The two companies have entered into this agreement with the aim of combining their respective strengths and continuously promoting the development and acquisition of self-storage facilities in Japan.
Tokyo-based Palma has developed and sold 60 self-storage facilities under its Keep It brand.
